律师简介
张枝梅律师，女，山西衡霄律师事务所主任，高级律师。1997年被评为全国优秀律师，2000年被评为山西省“十佳律师”，1999年当选为中华全国律协理事、山西省律协副会长。1996年至2000年省司法厅曾先后三次为她荣记二等功。2002年被评为运城市“杰出人物”、运城市“十佳律师”。2003年当选为山西省律协常务理事、山西省女律师协会副会长、运城市律协副会长。1994年、1996年《山西律师》、2000年《山西日报》、《运城日报》，先后以《从大山里走出来的女律师》、《做一名称职的人民律师》、《河东斗艳一枝梅》为题介绍了她的先进事迹，在社会各界享有良好的声誉。
张枝梅律师现担任运城市政府及平陆县政府法律顾问，运城市国资委等多家政府职能部门，关铝股份、亚宝药业、南风化工等上市公司的法律顾问、独立董事等。
